Split equally or by item. Record cash, card and your own payment types, with card tips. Discounts, comps and voids, with a record of who and when.
Keep taking cards on your terminal: OnaPOS records how each bill was paid.
Receipts and invoices
Numbered simplified invoices with the VAT breakdown, a full invoice from the receipt’s QR code, and email receipts.
The day, under control
Open and close the day and check the till. Hand over the device with your PIN: every action is recorded under your name. And everyone sees their own shifts.

Do I need to buy devices?
No: use the phones and tablets you already have, even older ones, and waiters can use their own phones. If you need more, we can sell them to you.
Does it work with my card terminal?
Yes. Keep taking cards on your usual terminal, and OnaPOS records how each bill was paid: cash, card or your own payment types.
Can several people share one tablet?
Yes. Everyone signs in with their PIN, and every action is recorded under their name.
What if the internet goes down?
OnaPOS runs in the cloud, so it needs a connection. Share a phone’s data or use a router with a 4G backup SIM: as soon as your devices and kitchen printer are online, everything carries on.
